Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Milojko Despotović took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th match minute, Bačko Gradište was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lazar Simić to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Murat Đurutović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Anđić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Josif Kastratović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ranko Džunić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Slobodan Ponjavić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lazar Simić's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Slobodan Ponjavić firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ranko Džunić in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Slobodan Ponjavić saved Sirig OFK from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lazar Simić during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes Sirig OFK got a freekick which was hit by Darko Bjedov. Milojko Despotović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Leo Anđić ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Josif Kastratović was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 34 played minutes Sirig OFK got a freekick which was hit by Žika Čajetinac. Lazar Simić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Slobodan Ponjavić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slobodan Ponjavić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ranko Džunić in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Lazar Simić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ranko Džunić might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Slobodan Ponjavić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ranko Džunić ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ranko Džunić was the one to do the kick off. The long shot by Todor Mirkov in the 53rd minute really tested Josif Kastratović's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 54 minutes into the match, Sirig OFK's goal looked a bit too open when Ranko Džunić came free, but Slobodan Ponjavić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lazar Simić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ranko Džunić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Milojko Despotović's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Josif Kastratović was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. If Leo Anđić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Milojko Despotović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lazar Simić in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Slobodan Ponjavić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bačko Gradište's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Srebrenko Vujišić in the 95th minute. Bačko Gradište were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Sirig OFK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Srebrenko Vujišić took the corner. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sirig OFK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
