Miodrag Kandić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Draža Nestorović read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After 16th play minutes Milenko Stokić shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Draža Nestorović and just under the crossbar into goal. FK Slavija's Draža Nestorović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miodrag Kandić in the 19th minute of play. After 21 played minutes FK Slavija got a freekick which was hit by Mladen Dalović. Serafim Anastasijević could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Mihajlo Perović made a huge save. 34 minutes into the match, Belanovica's goal looked a bit too open when Mladen Dalović came free, but Mihajlo Perović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Todor Vukeljić hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Belanovica's Mihajlo Perović proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Belanovica from getting a goal against them. FK Slavija's Draža Nestorović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milenko Stokić in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Belanovica's goalkeeper Mihajlo Perović had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ðurica Karaičić. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 56th minute Serafim Anastasijević shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihajlo Perović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Milojko Milojić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Ratimir Rašković hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mladen Dalović in the 72nd minute of play forced Belanovica's goalkeeper Mihajlo Perović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milenko Stokić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Draža Nestorović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Belanovica's goal looked a bit too open when Ðurica Karaičić came free, but Mihajlo Perović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belanovica's Miodrag Kandić was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Serafim Anastasijević cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Mihajlo Perović was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ðurica Karaičić hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Milenko Stokić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miodrag Kandićs short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Draža Nestorović to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the final whistle sounded Belanovica left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FK Slavija.
