Žarko Ševaljević dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Srđan Beljić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dušan Antov was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dojčin Stolevski during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Veliko Gradište getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Dojčin Stolevski hit a great ball. Mihailo Gligić was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Radisav Krajinović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žarko Ševaljević having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Veliko Gradište's Radoman Rača sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Žarko Ševaljević narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Radisav Krajinović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Srđan Beljić in the 20th minute of play forced Veliko Gradište's goalkeeper Dušan Antov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes in the game, Radoman Rača fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Žarko Ševaljević having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kulpin OFK's Manojlo Perutović got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Radisav Krajinović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Žarko Ševaljević took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoman Rača, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tatomir Marković fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dušan Antov having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Veliko Gradište got a freekick which was hit by Leo Vilotijević. Žarko Ševaljević made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radisav Krajinović in the 46th minute. In the 49th minute, Tatomir Marković got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radoman Rača was the one to do the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Radoman Rača who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kulpin OFK's Žarko Ševaljević was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Žarko Ševaljević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoman Rača in the 58th minute of the match. A collision led to Kulpin OFK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Bogosav Raspopović hit a great ball. If Radisav Krajinović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Radoman Rača had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Žarko Ševaljević. Kulpin OFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radoman Rača was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Dušan Antov made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Tatomir Marković sent off a good shot on target. If Radoman Rača had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dojčin Stolevski kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Veliko Gradište's Radoman Rača sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Žarko Ševaljević narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Radisav Krajinović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Žarko Ševaljević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dušan Antov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Srđan Beljić in the 92nd minute of the match. Srđan Beljić struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Dušan Antov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kulpin OFK. Žarko Ševaljević showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Vilotijević, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Veliko Gradište fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kulpin OFK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
