A collision led to Tekstilac getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Milan Vidić hit a great ball. Kulpin OFK's Mihailo Gligić couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tekstilac. Tatomir Marković received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Marko Iliev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Žarko Šaranov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Žarko Ševaljević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Žarko Ševaljević showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Žarko Šaranov, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Tatomir Marković fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marko Iliev having to interfere. After 32nd play minutes Srđan Beljić shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Marko Iliev and just under the crossbar into goal. Marko Iliev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tatomir Marković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Srđan Beljić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marko Iliev was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Marko Iliev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Srđan Beljić in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Žarko Šaranov struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Žarko Ševaljević didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tekstilac. Savo Milentijević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žarko Ševaljević having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Tatomir Marković made a precise shot to the right of Marko Iliev. Tekstilac's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Srđan Beljić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marko Iliev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 71stth minute of the game Savo Milentijević who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kulpin OFK's Žarko Ševaljević was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute Žarko Šaranov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Žarko Ševaljević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Savo Milentijević received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Žarko Ševaljević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Savo Milentijević blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Žarko Ševaljević having to make a save. Marko Iliev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Srđan Beljić in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tekstilac's Stefan Bunić got a free kick in the 80th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kulpin OFK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
