Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute, Vlada Lalović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dragan Srnić was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 10th minute Gradimir Čelić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Žarko Mirčić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes FK Hajduk sa Liona got a freekick which was hit by Savo Momčilović. In the 21st minute, Savo Momčilović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gradimir Čelić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Žarko Mirčić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Gradimir Čelić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorćol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gradimir Čelić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Žarko Mirčić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ranko Barišić in the 33rd minute of play. Gradimir Čelić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ranko Barišić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Žarko Mirčić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gradimir Čelić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Gradimir Čelić was extremely unlucky when he, in the 74th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 75 minutes into the match, FK Hajduk sa Liona's goalkeeper Žarko Mirčić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gradimir Čelić. Vlada Lalović might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dragan Srnić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vlada Lalović ran back to his position shaking his head. 78 minutes into the game, FK Hajduk sa Liona's Atanasije Veljović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dragan Srnić made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Gradimir Čelić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ranko Barišić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Žarko Mirčić was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Ranko Barišić capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ranko Barišić really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Žarko Mirčić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gradimir Čelić in the 96th minute.
