Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Manor Park's Feđa Rađenović started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aco Mudreša received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Nikša Todić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aco Mudreša had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Šaćir Rakić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Manor Park defense, Ljubiša Kovačević kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nikša Todić. The Manor Park fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nikša Todić should have stopped the shot. Šaćir Rakić hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute Feđa Rađenović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramo Spajić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harleston's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Boriša Kaplanović scored to the left of an out of position Ramo Spajić, making the score, 1-1. In the 29th minute, Aco Mudreša hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harleston were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Manor Park's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Šaćir Rakić took the corner. Aco Mudreša's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nikša Todić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Ramo Spajić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sanel Vranješ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aco Mudreša fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikša Todić having to interfere. Boriša Kaplanović hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Šaćir Rakić to strike the kick off in the second half. Manor Park's Nikša Todić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Šaćir Rakić in the 52nd minute of play. Nikša Todić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aco Mudreša in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aco Mudreša got free with Nikša Todić in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Šaćir Rakić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aco Mudreša could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Nikša Todić made a huge save. Aco Mudreša struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Nikša Todić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harleston. 65 minutes into the match, Manor Park's goal looked a bit too open when Šaćir Rakić came free, but Nikša Todić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Manor Park's zone, Aco Mudreša stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikša Todić came out of the goal and Aco Mudreša tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aco Mudreša got free with Nikša Todić in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nikša Todić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Šaćir Rakić, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Aco Mudreša struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Nikša Todić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harleston. The audience was convinced that Šaćir Rakić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nikša Todić was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Harleston's Dino Numanović got a free kick in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Sanel Vranješ had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramo Spajić. Harleston's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sanel Vranješ was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zvonko Kraljević in the 93rd minute of play forced Harleston's goalkeeper Ramo Spajić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dino Numanović kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Harleston supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Harleston would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
