Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Buckingham United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jamal Gascoigne fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 7 minutes into the match, Boban Danilović notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Alston City's Len Bowler. Len Bowler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 10th minute, Boban Danilović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boban Danilović kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Len Bowler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boban Danilović in the 20th minute of play. After 23 minutes of play, Buckingham United's Boban Danilović made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Len Bowler was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Boban Danilović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Radoman Koprivica got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35th minute, Radoman Koprivica made a precise shot to the right of Len Bowler. Alston City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. When Milinko Krajina fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buckingham United's protests and gave Milinko Krajina a yellow card for diving instead. Milinko Krajina hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the game, Fitz Robson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alston City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buckingham United the free kick. Fitz Robson kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of Alston City booed when Buckingham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Savo Kojičić didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Will Stead in the 47th minute of play forced Buckingham United's goalkeeper Vuk Krivošija to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Will Stead was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Boban Danilović managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buckingham United's supporters rose to their feet, but Boban Danilović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Len Bowler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boban Danilović in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Len Bowler saved Alston City from getting behind. Radoman Koprivica's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Len Bowler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Savo Kojičić charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Savo Kojičić the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute, one of Buckingham United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Buckingham United. The referee gave Alston City a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Samuel Hutchins, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Buckingham United's Vuk Krivošija. 2-4. After 89 minutes, Nicholas Daly mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alston City and the Buckingham United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Alston City getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Nicholas Daly hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boban Danilović in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Len Bowler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boban Danilović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Len Bowler having to interfere. When the match was over Buckingham United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Alston City throughout the match.
