Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mladen Vukojević took the kick off in the first half of the match. Darryl Hollingsworth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rastko Dakić went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Mladen Vukojević recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Darryl Hollingsworth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rastko Dakić in the 8th minute of play. Darryl Hollingsworth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mladen Vukojević in the 10th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Coulsdon City's goal looked a bit too open when Rastko Dakić came free, but Darryl Hollingsworth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes, Dennis Hampton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coulsdon City and the Hay Island players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 15 played minutes Coulsdon City got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Hampton. In the 17th minute, Fred Paget hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 minutes of play, Hay Island's Mladen Vukojević made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Darryl Hollingsworth was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Mladen Vukojević managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hay Island's supporters rose to their feet, but Mladen Vukojević was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Darryl Hollingsworth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Niša Đurašković had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Coulsdon City's Edward Neville got a free kick in the 28th minute. Rastko Dakić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Darryl Hollingsworth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mladen Vukojević's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Darryl Hollingsworth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mladen Vukojević in the 37th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Grigorije Prodanović had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. In the 39th minute, Dennis Hampton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Hay Island were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Moxon was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Mladen Vukojević recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Darryl Hollingsworth. Mladen Vukojević showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Timotije Nedić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Moxon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Rastko Dakić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Darryl Hollingsworth was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mladen Vukojević showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 66 minute of play. In the 71st minute, Rastko Dakić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danijel Vještica during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Mladen Vukojević came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Hay Island fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mladen Vukojević couldn't finish the play. Rastko Dakić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Darryl Hollingsworth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duncan Bryden hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Rastko Dakić struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Darryl Hollingsworth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hay Island. If Rastko Dakić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rastko Dakić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 101 minutes into the game, Hay Island's Danijel Vještica nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Darryl Hollingsworth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Hay Island's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
