Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Lenny Parry started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5thth minute of the game Lenny Parry who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Norwich's Srđa Štavljanin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Earlestown FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Micheal Way hit a great ball. Dragomir Stanisavljević charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dragomir Stanisavljević the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Norwich got a freekick which was hit by Dragomir Stanisavljević. In the 11thth minute of the game Lloyd Pennant who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Norwich's Srđa Štavljanin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lenny Parry in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Srđa Štavljanin saved Norwich from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Norwich's zone, Lloyd Pennant stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Srđa Štavljanin came out of the goal and Lloyd Pennant tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Lloyd Pennant came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Earlestown FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lloyd Pennant couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute of the match Marko Tatar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vincent Ward showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lloyd Pennant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31st play minutes Lloyd Pennant shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Srđa Štavljanin and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Earlestown FC's Al Easter got a free kick in the 34th minute. Brajan Mijović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Vincent Ward tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Earlestown FC's Lloyd Pennant got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brajan Mijović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Vincent Ward made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ljubiša Dubljević was the one to do the kick off. Srđa Štavljanin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Micheal Way, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lloyd Pennant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Dragomir Stanisavljević left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Norwich fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Norwich's Dragomir Stanisavljević got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. The referee ordered Dragomir Stanisavljević off the ground. A collision led to Norwich getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Dragomir Stanisavljević hit a great ball. Donny Hazledine, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 74 played minutes Norwich got a freekick which was hit by Trajko Vejinović. 79 minutes into the game, Ljubiša Dubljević was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norwich's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Earlestown FC the free kick. Vincent Ward made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brajan Mijović in the 83rd minute of play. In the 90th minute, Brajan Mijović left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Norwich fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 93 played minutes Earlestown FC got a freekick which was hit by Lenny Parry. Lloyd Pennant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Srđa Štavljanin having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Norwich could leave the field as winners, despite Earlestown FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
