Barry's Nentres Blake got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Arianwyn Hatch came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Prestatyn FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arianwyn Hatch couldn't finish the play. Amynedd Irvine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garwyli Dawson having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Barry's goal looked a bit too open when Arianwyn Hatch came free, but Garwyli Dawson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arianwyn Hatch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Garwyli Dawson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Barry's goal looked a bit too open when Arianwyn Hatch came free, but Garwyli Dawson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amynedd Irvine got free with Garwyli Dawson in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amynedd Irvine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 played minutes Prestatyn FC got a freekick which was hit by Baddon Finlay. Arianwyn Hatch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Garwyli Dawson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dillan Glazier charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dillan Glazier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Dillan Glazier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nentres Blake stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Amynedd Irvine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amynedd Irvine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60th play minutes Pryderi Jenkins shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Tristan Lowery and just under the crossbar into goal. Baddon Finlay kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Amynedd Irvine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Pryderi Jenkins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barry's supporters rose to their feet, but Pryderi Jenkins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tristan Lowery breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nentres Blake in the 79th minute of play forced Prestatyn FC's goalkeeper Tristan Lowery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Drwst Colston kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Arianwyn Hatch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garwyli Dawson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amynedd Irvine, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Pryderi Jenkins got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 94 minutes into the game, when Gobrwy Gately put in a rough tackle. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Prestatyn FC! Inek Kemple shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Barry walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
