After 31 played minutes Porthcawl got a freekick which was hit by Hywel Casey. 34 minutes into the match, Bors Folds had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kevyn Boucher. Porthcawl's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bors Folds was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 41st minute of the match Penvro Kemple sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Llacheu Boren skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rhys Howell in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Llacheu Boren saved UWA Haverfordwest from getting behind. 44 minutes into the match, Porthcawl's Griffin Haddon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Llacheu Boren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bors Folds stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bors Folds hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Haverfordwest's zone, Rhys Howell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Llacheu Boren came out of the goal and Rhys Howell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rhys Howell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llacheu Boren having to interfere. Griffin Haddon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevyn Boucher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alwyn Boniface in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes Porthcawl got a freekick which was hit by Cant Lister. After having played for 72 minutes, Griffin Haddon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Porthcawl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Griffin Haddon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rhys Howell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rhys Howell in the 90th minute of play forced UWA Haverfordwest's goalkeeper Llacheu Boren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st match minute, Porthcawl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melkin Fry to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as UWA Haverfordwest's Bors Folds slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kevyn Boucher. That made the score 2-2 after 94 minutes of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
