Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nissyen Hanson got the match started through his kick off. Gwallter Grayden hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Nissyen Hanson struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Gwern Dunphy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newport. In the 9th match minute, Bridgend FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bercelak Lacey to maneuver through the defense. Pedr Wainwright took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dafydd Heck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th play minute Kenyon Ingoldsby came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gwern Dunphy. 1-0. Ermid Hughlett's late challenge caught a Newport's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ermid Hughlett helped the player get up and apologised. Lovel Inger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th match minute, Newport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Granwen Emmett to maneuver through the defense. Gwern Dunphy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lovel Inger in the 30th minute. Lovel Inger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lovel Inger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwern Dunphy having to interfere. Pedr Wainwright showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dafydd Heck in the 43rd minute of the match. Bridgend FC's Maelwys Hand was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedr Wainwright in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Newport's goalkeeper Pedr Wainwright, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lovel Inger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Jestin Freelove could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Pedr Wainwright however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Bridgend FC's zone, Lovel Inger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gwern Dunphy came out of the goal and Lovel Inger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gwern Dunphy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nissyen Hanson in the 75th minute of the match. Newport's Pedr Wainwright proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Newport from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Eryi Hooker could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Pedr Wainwright however easily saved by the left post. If Dafydd Heck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Lovel Inger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bridgend FC's Llwyr Hodson got a free kick in the 89th minute. If Nissyen Hanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nissyen Hanson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
