The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Mordwywr Hyslop came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the UWA Carmarthen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mordwywr Hyslop couldn't finish the play. Ithel Inger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Calder Ludden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calder Ludden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lug Freelove, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ithel Inger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calder Ludden having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, UWA Carmarthen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Odgar Cash to maneuver through the defense. Marrock Erwin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Deiniol Korting during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Vitaminsizler booed when UWA Carmarthen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deiniol Korting didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Powell Ivers from long distance, 45 minutes into the match, got Gwyr Collier's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marrock Erwin was the one to do the kick off. When Mordwywr Hyslop came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the UWA Carmarthen fans jumped to their feet. The referee ignored Vitaminsizler's protests and gave Marrock Erwin a yellow card for diving instead. Marrock Erwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ithel Inger in the 82nd minute of play forced Vitaminsizler's goalkeeper Calder Ludden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd match minute, Vitaminsizler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deiniol Almoner to maneuver through the defense. If Marrock Erwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
