The audience was convinced that Gruffen Grayden's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duach Gaoler was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Duach Gaoler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gruffen Grayden, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 22nd minute, Calder Dell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the game, Swansea FC's Gruffen Grayden nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Duach Gaoler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Duach Gaoler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bors Crookham in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caerleon Utd's goalkeeper Duach Gaoler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pelles Higgin kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Swansea FC's zone, Math Forsyth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dillus Gillespie came out of the goal and Math Forsyth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Caerleon Utd's Sinnoch Graham got a free kick in the 45th minute. If Bors Crookham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

In the 54th minute, Anwell Colthar made a precise shot to the right of Dillus Gillespie. Swansea FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After 58 minutes of play Swansea FC's Arglwydd Felix was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Swansea FC's Arglwydd Felix got a free kick in the 59th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anwell Colthar in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dillus Gillespie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Anwell Colthar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caerleon Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Anwell Colthar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dillus Gillespie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 68 minutes into the game, Gruffen Grayden was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Swansea FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caerleon Utd the free kick. In the 68th minute, Gruffen Grayden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute of the match Math Forsyth shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dillus Gillespie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Math Forsyth took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dillus Gillespie. Swansea FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Calder Dell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dillus Gillespie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calder Dell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dillus Gillespie having to interfere. Bors Crookham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anwell Colthar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Dillus Gillespie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
