Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eryi Dempsey got the match started through his kick off. If Eryi Dempsey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amerawdwr Cockwell came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Barmouth Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amerawdwr Cockwell couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Porthcawl FC's zone, Wren Faulkner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cadwaladr Keller came out of the goal and Wren Faulkner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amerawdwr Cockwell might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cadwaladr Keller. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amerawdwr Cockwell ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beli Gerdes during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Porthcawl FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beli Gerdes to maneuver through the defense. Porthcawl FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wadu Fowler in the 25th minute. The corner ended in Wadu Fowler almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Barmouth Utd's Marrock Cumming did a great save. Druce Pattern charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Druce Pattern the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tarrant Crisp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Barmouth Utd booed when Porthcawl FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eryi Dempsey didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Wren Faulkner came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Barmouth Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wren Faulkner couldn't finish the play. Amerawdwr Cockwell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cadwaladr Keller read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Druce Pattern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wren Faulkner made a kick off. Cadwaladr Keller came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Barmouth Utd's Amerawdwr Cockwell. But to his dismay, Amerawdwr Cockwell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 56 minutes into the match, Barmouth Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Tarrant Crisp came free, but Marrock Cumming reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tarrant Crisp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eryi Dempsey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tarrant Crisp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarrant Crisp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Marrock Cumming tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Powell Bingley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cadwaladr Keller having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amerawdwr Cockwell got free with Cadwaladr Keller in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Cadwaladr Keller successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 86 minutes into the game, Tor Edgell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Porthcawl FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barmouth Utd the free kick. In the 86th minute, Tor Edgell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, one of Barmouth Utd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barmouth Utd. The referee gave Porthcawl FC a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wadu Fowler, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Barmouth Utd's Marrock Cumming. 1-1. In the 98th minute Eryi Dempsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marrock Cumming saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
