Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Floreat Salopia's Tegvan Kean started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The attack was good, but when Kynwal Hooley in the 5th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Kynwal Hooley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Granwen Day having to make a save. Granwen Day made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Syvwlch Carey sent off a good shot on target. Gruddyeu Whitster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tegvan Kean in the 19th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Floreat Salopia's goal looked a bit too open when Kynwal Hooley came free, but Granwen Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kynwal Hooley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Granwen Day having to make a save. Syvwlch Carey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Granwen Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kynwal Hooley succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Granwen Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kynwal Hooley in the 36th minute of the match. Kent Horton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gruddyeu Whitster read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Kynwal Hooley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aberystwyth Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Kynwal Hooley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Granwen Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kynwal Hooley to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Tegvan Kean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ren Connell fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Floreat Salopia's protests and gave Ren Connell a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Aberystwyth Utd booed when Floreat Salopia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ren Connell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Granwen Day came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Aberystwyth Utd's Syvwlch Carey. But to his dismay, Syvwlch Carey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Syvwlch Carey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Granwen Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Aberystwyth Utd's Kynwal Hooley in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Floreat Salopia's goalie prevented a goal. If Syvwlch Carey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, Syvwlch Carey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Granwen Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Tegvan Kean managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floreat Salopia's supporters rose to their feet, but Tegvan Kean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With a little luck, Aberystwyth Utd's Gruddyeu Whitster got control of the ball when Kent Horton tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Syvwlch Carey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Floreat Salopia's Kent Horton got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aberystwyth Utd walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
