Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adwr Hill started the match with the kick off. 12 minutes into the match, UWA Ely's goal looked a bit too open when Drew French came free, but Pyrs Leech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cant Cockwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adwr Hill in the 15th minute of play. Jestin Hooper kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 18th minute, when Prestatyn's Wren Long after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Pyrs Leech in UWA Ely's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. When Naw Henson came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Prestatyn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naw Henson couldn't finish the play. After 22 played minutes, UWA Ely's Bwlch Biss shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cant Cockwell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UWA Ely reached it. Bwlch Biss took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cant Cockwell. Prestatyn's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, UWA Ely's goalkeeper Pyrs Leech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naw Henson. A collision led to UWA Ely getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Neued Fielding hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mabsant Crawcour during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pyrs Leech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Drew French, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Drew French in the 38th minute of play forced UWA Ely's goalkeeper Pyrs Leech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Mabsant Crawcour ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cant Cockwell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 47 minutes into the game, UWA Ely's Adwr Hill nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cant Cockwell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Drew French stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pyrs Leech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naw Henson in the 55th minute of play. Calcas Carter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 65 minutes into the match, UWA Ely's goal looked a bit too open when Naw Henson came free, but Pyrs Leech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Drew French managed to get in a good position for a shot. Prestatyn's supporters rose to their feet, but Drew French was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pyrs Leech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. UWA Ely's Adwr Hill got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute of the match, Adwr Hill tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cant Cockwell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cant Cockwell was a little too slow when Adwr Hill got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-4. Naw Henson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Pyrs Leech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, Prestatyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timotheus Blacksmith to maneuver through the defense. Naw Henson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Pyrs Leech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pyrs Leech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drew French in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of UWA Ely booed when Prestatyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naw Henson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Prestatyn's Cadeyrn Andrews got a free kick in the 89th minute. 91 in the game UWA Ely's Jestin Hooper showed how dangerous he can be in front of the goal when he by his own managed to get a clear opportunity for a shot. The following shot went just left of the goal. Adwr Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Drew French sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
