Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Olwydd Kelly kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the game, Neath's Olwydd Kelly nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fercos Criddle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Emrys Crittall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llacheu Feltner having to interfere. Cant Herbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llacheu Feltner having to interfere. If Bowen Bratton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tringad Colston struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Fercos Criddle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neath. 29 minutes into the match, Barry Athletic CF's goal looked a bit too open when Tringad Colston came free, but Fercos Criddle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Neath's Bowen Bratton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fercos Criddle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Barry Athletic CF's Fercos Criddle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olwydd Kelly in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Neath getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gowerr Hyslop hit a great ball. Llacheu Feltner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emrys Crittall in the 43rd minute. After 45 played minutes Neath got a freekick which was hit by Tringad Colston. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cant Herbert to make the kick off. Emrys Crittall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olwydd Kelly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fercos Criddle having to interfere. If Olwydd Kelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emrys Crittall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llacheu Feltner having to interfere. 61 minutes in the game, Olwydd Kelly fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fercos Criddle having to interfere. After 62 played minutes Neath got a freekick which was hit by Albanwr Joiner. When Barry Athletic CF's Emrys Crittall in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Neath's goalie prevented a goal. In the 66th match minute, Neath was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tringad Colston to maneuver through the defense. Clyde Bullock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Barry Athletic CF's Fercos Criddle got control of the ball when Bowen Bratton tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Cant Herbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Emrys Crittall came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Barry Athletic CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emrys Crittall couldn't finish the play. Bowen Bratton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Neath eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
