Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Wrexham's Anwir Kirby started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Anwir Kirby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gandwy Hawker was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bradwen Snob. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilbert Gillett got free with Gandwy Hawker in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 15 minutes Caerleon FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anwir Kirby who took care of the corner kick. Mabsant Bethel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Drew Doney in the 21st minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Wrexham's Anwir Kirby dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Mil Cuskley came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Wrexham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mil Cuskley couldn't finish the play. Anwir Kirby might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gandwy Hawker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anwir Kirby ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute Cadeyrn Donald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mabsant Bethel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Cadarn Brook managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wrexham's supporters rose to their feet, but Cadarn Brook was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gandwy Hawker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gilbert Gillett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinadan Slater kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Drew Doney was the one to do the kick off. Mabsant Bethel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Drew Doney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anwir Kirby came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Wrexham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anwir Kirby couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Wrexham booed when Caerleon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinadan Slater didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilbert Gillett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Gandwy Hawker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Cadarn Brook managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Menw Accomptant came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Wrexham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Menw Accomptant couldn't finish the play. 75 minutes in the game, Dinadan Slater fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mabsant Bethel having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Wrexham's goalkeeper Mabsant Bethel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cadwgawn Kinealy. Gandwy Hawker came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Wrexham's Cadarn Brook. But to his dismay, Cadarn Brook quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 83 minutes into the match, Cadarn Brook had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gandwy Hawker. Caerleon FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cadarn Brook was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Cadwgawn Kinealy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mabsant Bethel. That made the score 3-1 in the 86 minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Anwir Kirby notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Caerleon FC's Gandwy Hawker. Gandwy Hawker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mabsant Bethel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drew Doney in the 97th minute of play.
