An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceithin Baldwin in the 12th minute of play forced Llantwit Major F.C.'s goalkeeper Jones Clayton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caradawg Dexter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gruddyeu Garrett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Llantwit Major F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Caradawg Dexter. A hard shot by Mercher Leeche from long distance, 15 minutes into the match, got Jones Clayton's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 22 minutes into the game, Gamon Abdelmaseh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Prestatyn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Llantwit Major F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Prestatyn getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Gamon Abdelmaseh hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Peissawg Criddle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Prestatyn defense, Peissawg Criddle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gruddyeu Garrett. The Prestatyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gruddyeu Garrett should have stopped the shot. Prestatyn's Mercher Leeche couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 29th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Llantwit Major F.C.. Parry Bissett kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iestyn Keeler in the 40th minute of play forced Llantwit Major F.C.'s goalkeeper Jones Clayton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Parry Bissett was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Llantwit Major F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Iestyn Keeler scored 1-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jones Clayton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Prestatyn's goalkeeper Gruddyeu Garrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peissawg Criddle. After 62 minutes Prestatyn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raimundo Loren who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Caledvwich Simmons managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 64 minutes into the game, Prestatyn's Iestyn Keeler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jones Clayton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Gruddyeu Garrett successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Llantwit Major F.C.'s Lloyd Farrier quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cas Harley, made in the 70th minute of the game. Morvran Coyne charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Morvran Coyne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Prestatyn's Morvran Coyne got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Raimundo Loren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gruddyeu Garrett. Prestatyn's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Llantwit Major F.C.'s Jones Clayton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceithin Baldwin in the 76th minute of play. Iestyn Keeler took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jones Clayton. Jones Clayton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. With a little luck, Prestatyn's Gruddyeu Garrett got control of the ball when Peissawg Criddle tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Prestatyn's goalkeeper Gruddyeu Garrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peissawg Criddle. In the 90th minute, Iestyn Keeler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Prestatyn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 92nd minute, Mercher Leeche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Prestatyn fans cheered their team off the field, for while Llantwit Major F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
