Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prestatyn's Gruddyeu Garrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rheged Dorsett in the 17th minute of play. Prestatyn's Gruddyeu Garrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Prestatyn from getting a goal against them. After 24 played minutes Prestatyn got a freekick which was hit by Mercher Leeche. When Bedyw Lamont fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Prestatyn's protests and gave Bedyw Lamont a yellow card for diving instead. Anynnawg Clifford kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Gruddyeu Garrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cain Ingoldsby in the 32nd minute. Mercher Leeche took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ysberin Fowler. Ysberin Fowler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 45th minute Iestyn Keeler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysberin Fowler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Iestyn Keeler made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ceithin Baldwin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute Rheged Dorsett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gruddyeu Garrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwern Farrar in the 69th minute of play forced Prestatyn's goalkeeper Gruddyeu Garrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ysberin Fowler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iestyn Keeler in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Galahad Carver in the 92nd minute of play forced Flint FC's goalkeeper Ysberin Fowler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Prestatyn eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
