Bahi Ladgham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jemeleddine Bachraoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Blackheath's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Amor came free, but Karim al-Husain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bahi Ladgham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jemeleddine Bachraoui in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Portsmouth AFC's zone, Maher al-Munsif Bey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bahi Ladgham came out of the goal and Maher al-Munsif Bey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the game, Jemeleddine Bachraoui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blackheath's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Portsmouth AFC the free kick. Jemeleddine Bachraoui hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Maher al-Munsif Bey could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Bahi Ladgham however easily saved by the left post. Blackheath's Karim al-Husain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Amor in the 29th minute of play. Blackheath's Jemeleddine Bachraoui got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maher al-Munsif Bey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Bahi Ladgham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 34 played minutes Blackheath got a freekick which was hit by Abdelaziz Slimane. Mohamed Amor struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Karim al-Husain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portsmouth AFC. Portsmouth AFC's Bahi Ladgham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jemeleddine Bachraoui in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Blackheath's Abdelaziz Slimane got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Blackheath's Karim al-Husain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoubair Ayed in the 43rd minute of play. Mohamed Amor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim al-Husain having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Maher al-Munsif Bey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Hadj Salem Bouali kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Bahi Ladgham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maher al-Munsif Bey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karim al-Husain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portsmouth AFC's goalkeeper Bahi Ladgham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 79th minute Mohamed Amor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karim al-Husain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Amor in the 81st minute of play forced Blackheath's goalkeeper Karim al-Husain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Jemeleddine Bachraoui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bahi Ladgham was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Maher al-Munsif Bey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karim al-Husain came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Portsmouth AFC's Zoubair Ayed. But to his dismay, Zoubair Ayed quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Mohamed Amor came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Portsmouth AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Amor couldn't finish the play. Zoubair Ayed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Karim al-Husain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Portsmouth AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
