Muhammad Ben Younes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Finglesham. After a rather tough play, Finglesham City's Chaouki Ben Zahani got a free kick in the 4th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Driss Hermassi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finglesham's supporters rose to their feet, but Driss Hermassi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Muhammad Ben Younes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Finglesham City's Chaouki Ben al-Amin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hamdi Bouchrara. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. Chaouki Ben al-Amin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Med Zaghouani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamdi Bouchrara having to interfere. Finglesham City's Muhammad Ben Younes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Driss Hermassi in the 27th minute of play. Driss Hermassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 28 minutes into the game, Sofiene Zitouni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Muhammad Ben Younes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Finglesham City's Chaouki Ben al-Amin got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Driss Hermassi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 played minutes Finglesham City got a freekick which was hit by Imed Mokadem. The audience held their breath when Mohamed Ayari in the 70th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Muhammad Ben Younes 's left hand side. Driss Hermassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muhammad Ben Younes having to interfere. Chaouki Ben al-Amin hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Driss Hermassi struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. A collision led to Finglesham City getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Muhammad Sélim Haj Ali hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Finglesham City's goalkeeper Muhammad Ben Younes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sofiene Zitouni. The Finglesham City support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
