Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Radhi Gharbi started the match with the kick off. Issam Ragued's late challenge caught a North Petherton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Issam Ragued helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Dunton Green was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Issam Ragued to maneuver through the defense. Dunton Green's Hamza Essafi got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. North Petherton's Karim Boumnijel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radhi Gharbi in the 9th minute of play. Hamza Essafi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karim Boumnijel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Dunton Green's Ferid El Ouaer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Dunton Green from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Habib Baccouche during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, North Petherton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Habib Baccouche to maneuver through the defense. Radhi Gharbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Karim Boumnijel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Karoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Radhi Gharbi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dunton Green's supporters rose to their feet, but Radhi Gharbi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karim Boumnijel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dunton Green's Hamza Essafi got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radhi Gharbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Karim Boumnijel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Karoui who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Ferid El Ouaer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mohamed Karoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohamed Ghodbane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ferid El Ouaer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferid El Ouaer was a little too slow when Mohamed Ghodbane got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mohamed Ghodbane to strike the kick off in the second half. Hamza Essafi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karim Boumnijel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Ferid El Ouaer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Ghodbane , even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamza Essafi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Karim Boumnijel made a huge save. Mohamed Karoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ferid El Ouaer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Ghodbane scored 2-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ferid El Ouaer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mohamed Ghodbane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ferid El Ouaer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of North Petherton booed when Dunton Green was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Issam Ragued didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81 minutes, Ali Merdassi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dunton Green and the North Petherton players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ali Merdassi kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. When Ali Merdassi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. After having played for 85 minutes, Mohamed Ghodbane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North Petherton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Ghodbane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Anouar Aleya, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 88 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ferid El Ouaer was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Habib Baccouche struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ferid El Ouaer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for North Petherton. After a rather tough play, Dunton Green's Blaise Bargawi got a free kick in the 91st minute. Ferid El Ouaer came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by North Petherton's Mohamed Karoui. But to his dismay, Mohamed Karoui quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When the referee ended the match the North Petherton players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
