In the 7th minute, Radhi Gharbi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dunton Green fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Radhi Gharbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoubair Mkacher having to interfere. Hamza Essafi hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Halifax's Zoubair Mkacher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamza Essafi in the 22nd minute of play. Najeh Eyadema hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Jaouhar Bouzaiene sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Halifax's Zoubair Mkacher didn't even have to move. Hamza Essafi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferid El Ouaer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ibrahim Aouichaoui in the 43rd minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radhi Gharbi to strike the kick off in the second half. Habib Ali Sélim Haj Ali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferid El Ouaer having to interfere. Dunton Green's Ferid El Ouaer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Habib Ali Sélim Haj Ali in the 66th minute of play. In the 73rd minute Radhi Gharbi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoubair Mkacher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Halifax's Zoubair Mkacher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radhi Gharbi in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Habib Ali Sélim Haj Ali in the 75th minute of play forced Dunton Green's goalkeeper Ferid El Ouaer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamza Essafi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoubair Mkacher having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Blaise Bargawi during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Blaise Bargawi hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. If Radhi Gharbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Habib Ali Sélim Haj Ali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ferid El Ouaer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Halifax's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
