Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ziad Kadri started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mehdi Sboui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelhamid Merdassi in the 4th minute of play. Watchet AFC's Mehdi Sboui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelhamid Merdassi in the 6th minute of play. Hamed Mouelhi made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Lofti al-Husain sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes into the match, Rainham's goalkeeper Hamed Mouelhi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lofti al-Husain. Mohsen Bouali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Sboui having to interfere. Mehdi Sboui came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Rainham's Abdelhamid Merdassi. But to his dismay, Abdelhamid Merdassi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Watchet AFC's Lotfi Marzouki got a free kick in the 31st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Rainham's Fraj Saïdi tried to score from far away in the 32nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Haykel Benachour charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haykel Benachour the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Haykel Benachour hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lofti al-Husain got free with Hamed Mouelhi in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mohsen Bouali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Mehdi Sboui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Watchet AFC booed when Rainham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Habib Boumnijel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Watchet AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rainham were winning 0-2.

Ziad Kadri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamed Mouelhi having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Lofti al-Husain notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Rainham's Hamed Mouelhi. Hamed Mouelhi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Rainham's Haykel Benachour got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 64th minute, Ziad Kadri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haykel Benachour got in the 68th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Mehdi Sboui handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Hamed Mouelhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ziad Kadri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ziad Kadri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hamed Mouelhi having to make a save. Lofti al-Husain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mehdi Sboui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haykel Benachour in the 83rd minute of the match. 88 minutes into the game, Ziad Kadri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Hamed Mouelhi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lofti al-Husain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
