After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Salah Belhaj Baya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hammersmith's supporters rose to their feet, but Salah Belhaj Baya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moncef Trabelsi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tarek Chikhaoui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Dermech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoubair El Naili, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Moncef Trabelsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salah Belhaj Baya in the 28th minute of the match. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Zoubair El Naili made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Tarek Chikhaoui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chedi Eyadema kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. If Tarek Chikhaoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riadh Mzali in the 62nd minute of play forced Frinton City's goalkeeper Moncef Trabelsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Riadh Mzali might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moncef Trabelsi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Riadh Mzali ran back to his position shaking his head. Salah Belhaj Baya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
