After having played for 20 minutes, Adel Nefzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. St Ives City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adel Nefzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Alton Towers's Mehdi Amor got a free kick in the 21st minute. Chedi Agrebi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Aymen Radhouani made a huge save. Adel Nefzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Aymen Radhouani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayèche Ben Nouira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hadj Salem Boulaabi having to interfere. Jean Sallemi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jean Sallemi made a kick off. Francileudo Sellimi 's late challenge caught a Alton Towers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francileudo Sellimi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, St Ives City's Francileudo Sellimi got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 95 played minutes Alton Towers got a freekick which was hit by Ali Chaldun. 96 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when St Ives City's Riadh Bachraoui fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The St Ives City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alton Towers's performance. The match ended with a win for Alton Towers.
