Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ahmed Amor started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 minutes, Adel Ouakili made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Oldham FC's Hatem Ben Marzouki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Oldham FC defense, Kaies Chaldun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hatem Ben Marzouki. The Oldham FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hatem Ben Marzouki should have stopped the shot. Hatem Ben Marzouki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adel Ouakili in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, New Ash Green's Ajmi Jaidi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Chedli M'hadhebi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hamdi Khayachi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27thth minute of the game Chedli M'hadhebi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Ash Green's Hamdi Khayachi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mokhtar al-Amin during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, Mokhtar al-Amin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmed Amor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamdi Khayachi having to interfere. If Chedli M'hadhebi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmed Amor might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hamdi Khayachi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmed Amor ran back to his position shaking his head. When Oldham FC's Chedli M'hadhebi in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye New Ash Green's goalie prevented a goal. New Ash Green's Kaies Chaldun got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adel Ouakili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Hatem Ben Marzouki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The wind increased when Adel Ouakili made the kick off in the second half. If Adel Ouakili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Jemmali's late challenge caught a New Ash Green's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Jemmali helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Oldham FC got a freekick which was hit by Ali Jemmali. Adel Ouakili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Hatem Ben Marzouki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hatem Ben Marzouki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaies Chaldun, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Hatem Ben Marzouki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaies Chaldun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New Ash Green's Hamdi Khayachi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmed Amor in the 66th minute of play. Adel Ouakili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Hatem Ben Marzouki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hatem Ben Marzouki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adel Ouakili , even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th match minute, New Ash Green was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehdi Zahani to maneuver through the defense. Mehdi Zahani charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehdi Zahani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mehdi Zahani kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 85 played minutes Oldham FC got a freekick which was hit by Muhammad Ladgham. Ahmed Amor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamdi Khayachi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Amor in the 98th minute of play forced New Ash Green's goalkeeper Hamdi Khayachi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. New Ash Green had won after a very even match.
