If Jamel Morjane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. Harwich AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave St Johns Wood the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Harwich AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of St Johns Wood:s goal. Adel Jendoubi shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 11th minute, Jamel Morjane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 14 minutes, Moncef Yahia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. St Johns Wood's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moncef Yahia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Zouheir Korbi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Majdi Jbara. The goal made the score 1-0. When Zouheir Korbi came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Harwich AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zouheir Korbi couldn't finish the play. Jose al-Husain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamel Morjane in the 27th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Moncef Yahia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zouheir Korbi was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Majdi Jbara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zouheir Korbi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the game, Lofti Merdassi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. St Johns Wood's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Harwich AFC the free kick. Lofti Merdassi kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, St Johns Wood's goal looked a bit too open when Hédi Morjane came free, but Majdi Jbara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Ali Namouchi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Majdi Jbara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zouheir Korbi in the 81st minute of play. Zouheir Korbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jamel Morjane blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose al-Husain having to make a save. Moncef Yahia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Jose al-Husain made a huge save. Jose al-Husain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamel Morjane in the 97th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
