Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bassem Ayari started the match with the kick off. Mehdi Chedli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Kasraoui in the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Polperro AFC's zone, Mongi Ben Mbarek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fadhel Missaoui came out of the goal and Mongi Ben Mbarek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Mongi Ben Mbarek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mongi Ben Mbarek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mourad Yahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Mehdi Chedli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bassem Ayari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fadhel Missaoui having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Chedi Rokki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polperro AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hailsham City the free kick. In the 26th minute, Chedi Rokki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bassem Ayari came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Hailsham City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bassem Ayari couldn't finish the play. Mourad Yahia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehdi Chedli having to make a save. Mehdi Chedli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mourad Yahia, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Mourad Yahia struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Mehdi Chedli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polperro AFC. If Mohamed Kasraoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mourad Yahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Chedli having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Hailsham City got a freekick which was hit by Issam Ben Mbarek. 47 minutes into the match, Hailsham City's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Kasraoui came free, but Mehdi Chedli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mohamed Kasraoui to strike the kick off in the second half. Polperro AFC's Fadhel Missaoui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mongi Ben Mbarek in the 51st minute of play. In the 51st minute, Mongi Srarfi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fadhel Missaoui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bassem Ayari in the 52nd minute of play. Mehdi Chedli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Kasraoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Mourad Yahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Mehdi Chedli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Hailsham City getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ali Jelassi hit a great ball. Fadhel Missaoui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mongi Ben Mbarek in the 65th minute of play. Hailsham City's Bassem Ayari got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bassem Ayari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mourad Yahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Mehdi Chedli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Kasraoui might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehdi Chedli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mohamed Kasraoui ran back to his position shaking his head. If Bassem Ayari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Mehdi Chedli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mongi Ben Mbarek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fadhel Missaoui having to interfere. Mehdi Chedli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Kasraoui in the 96th minute of the match. The Polperro AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
