Broadstairs's Fatah Hammami got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mahmoud Kefacha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Haggui having to interfere. Achraf Bejaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jose Haggui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mahmoud Kefacha might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jose Haggui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mahmoud Kefacha ran back to his position shaking his head. Alaeddine Zouiten was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Sofiane Jaziri capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sofiane Jaziri really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Fatah Hammami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Alaeddine Zouiten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alaeddine Zouiten made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Fatah Hammami sent off a good shot on target. Jose Haggui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mahmoud Kefacha, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. In the 50th minute Fakenham were awarded a corner. Jaouhar Bargougui went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Fakenham's Jaouhar Bargougui to fire away a dangerous shot which Jose Haggui despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Achraf Bejaoui to make the kick off. Alaeddine Zouiten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fatah Hammami in the 55th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Jaouhar Bargougui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fatah Hammami in the 65th minute of play forced Fakenham's goalkeeper Alaeddine Zouiten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Broadstairs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ahmed Dermech in the 70th minute. Mohamed Mzoughi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sofiane Jaziri's late challenge caught a Fakenham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sofiane Jaziri helped the player get up and apologised. Sofiane Jaziri struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Alaeddine Zouiten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Broadstairs. Mahmoud Kefacha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Haggui having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Adel Bourguiba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Broadstairs's supporters rose to their feet, but Adel Bourguiba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alaeddine Zouiten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Fakenham's Karim ibn Ali got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute of the match Ahmed Dermech sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alaeddine Zouiten skillfully saved the ball. Alaeddine Zouiten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adel Bourguiba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 93 minutes, Adel Bourguiba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Broadstairs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adel Bourguiba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adel Bourguiba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Fakenham's Achraf Bejaoui got a free kick in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fakenham players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Broadstairs.
