If Mokhtar Clayton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mokhtar Clayton got free with Mustafa Ben Khcharem in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hunstanton United's Hamed Ali Riza got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Kaies Hadji hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hamed Ali Riza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Carterton AFC's Kaies Hadji got a free kick in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Hamed Ali Riza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kameleddine Agrebi. Carterton AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hamed Ali Riza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Montassar BenAmor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kameleddine Agrebi having to interfere. Adel Sguir hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Kaies Hadji's late challenge caught a Hunstanton United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kaies Hadji helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Abderrahim Bassir sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Carterton AFC's Kameleddine Agrebi didn't even have to move. Montassar BenAmor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kameleddine Agrebi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haykel BenAmor in the 41st minute of play forced Hunstanton United's goalkeeper Mustafa Ben Khcharem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Haykel BenAmor came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Carterton AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haykel BenAmor couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Carterton AFC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ahmed Sassi hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After having played for 95 minutes, Hatem Kasraoui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hunstanton United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hatem Kasraoui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Hunstanton United's Montassar BenAmor in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
