Eastfield's Adel Sfar got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adel Sfar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mehdi Sallemi was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Hedi Essediri capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hedi Essediri really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Muhammad El Bez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adel Sfar in the 13th minute of play. Adel Sfar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Muhammad El Bez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ziad Ayari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Brighouse City getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Aziz Mechergui hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Brighouse City's Chokri Haj Kacem got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Eastfield fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! Ziad Ayaris short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Mehdi Sallemi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hedi Essediri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Mehdi Sallemi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mohieddine Khelil was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Eastfield's Mohieddine Khelil got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 57 minutes, Ahmed Sellimi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eastfield and the Brighouse City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th minute, Ahmed Sellimi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohieddine Khelil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ziad Ayari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Sallemi having to interfere. Mehdi Sallemi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziad Ayari in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Eastfield's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kamel Sélim Haj Ali was slow to take the kick. During this time Brighouse City's players had a chance to rest. Adel Sfar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muhammad El Bez having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziad Ayari in the 76th minute of play forced Eastfield's goalkeeper Mehdi Sallemi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Adel Sfar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes, Ibrahim Jouili mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brighouse City and the Eastfield players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brighouse City's Ibrahim Jouili got a free kick in the 80th minute.
