An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre Mestiri in the 19th minute of play forced Berkhamsted's goalkeeper Mehdi Eyadema to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Youssef Ben Beya sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehdi Eyadema skillfully saved the ball. Pierre Mestiri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Pierre Mestiri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Berkhamsted's Mehdi Eyadema played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre Mestiri in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Berkhamsted's goalkeeper Mehdi Eyadema , but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rd minute Berkhamsted were awarded a corner. Karim Mustapha went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Karim Mustapha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dunchurch's Heithem Ladgham did a great save. Habib Nafti struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Heithem Ladgham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berkhamsted. In the 58th minute, Radhi Ayari left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Berkhamsted fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Dunchurch's Riadh Akid got a free kick in the 61st minute. Radhi Ayari took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heithem Ladgham. Radhi Ayari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Heithem Ladgham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was a penalty for Dunchurch! Dunchurch:s Heithem Ladgham showed great skill when he stopped Karim Mustapha:s penalty. Pierre Mestiri struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. The Berkhamsted fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dunchurch had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
