Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ahmed Marzouki kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ayèche Ghigani in the 4th minute of play forced Hitchin United's goalkeeper Mustafa Bouazizi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Marzouki in the 9th minute of play forced Notting Hill Gate's goalkeeper Karim Haithem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahi Mnari in the 14th minute of play forced Hitchin United's goalkeeper Mustafa Bouazizi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Hitchin United's Caid Essebsi got a free kick in the 14th minute. Bahi Mnari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Mustafa Bouazizi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayèche Ghigani struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Mustafa Bouazizi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Notting Hill Gate. Ayèche Ghigani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mustafa Bouazizi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bahi Mnari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th match minute, Hitchin United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zied Dali to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute Bahi Mnari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Bouazizi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 32 minutes, Mohamed Boularès managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hitchin United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Boularès was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Hitchin United's goal looked a bit too open when Bahi Mnari came free, but Mustafa Bouazizi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karim Ben Aïssa hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Notting Hill Gate's goalkeeper Karim Haithem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bahi Mnari to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Raouf Bouazizi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Notting Hill Gate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hitchin United the free kick. The supporters of Hitchin United booed when Notting Hill Gate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raouf Bouazizi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th match minute, Hitchin United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zied Dali to maneuver through the defense. Notting Hill Gate's Hedi Jaïdi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hitchin United. Hamza Neifar kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Hitchin United were awarded a corner. Nejib Ishola went to the cornerflag to take it. Hitchin United's Nejib Ishola was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karim Haithem in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ahmed Marzouki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Karim Haithem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karim Haithem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Marzouki in the 73rd minute of play. If Bahi Mnari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caid Essebsi during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes Hitchin United got a freekick which was hit by Caid Essebsi. In the 81st match minute, Hitchin United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caid Essebsi to maneuver through the defense. Caid Essebsi kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The long shot by Hedi Jaïdi in the 84th minute really tested Mustafa Bouazizi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Mustafa Bouazizi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ayèche Ghigani in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, Hitchin United's Zied Dali got a free kick in the 88th minute. Bahi Mnari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Bouazizi having to interfere.
