Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Elsdon's Ali Chouchane got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moncef Namouchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Habib Melliti having to interfere. Hédi Kasraoui charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hédi Kasraoui the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bodmin booed when Elsdon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hédi Kasraoui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hédi Kasraoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ahmed Djait tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hédi Kasraoui got free with Ahmed Djait in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Hédi Kasraoui came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Elsdon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hédi Kasraoui couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Bodmin's Ahmed Djait got control of the ball when Hédi Kasraoui tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sahbi Chipo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Bodmin booed when Elsdon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karim Essediri didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Habib Belkahia to strike the kick off in the second half. Habib Melliti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moncef Namouchi in the 61st minute. Habib Melliti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sahbi Chipo in the 65th minute of the match. Habib Belkahia struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Ahmed Djait didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elsdon. Elsdon's Habib Melliti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sahbi Chipo in the 71st minute of play. Ahmed Djait made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Habib Belkahia in the 80th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Elsdon's goalkeeper Habib Melliti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moncef Namouchi. Ahmed Djait showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habib Belkahia in the 90th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bodmin's Hedi Amira Chikhaoui got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute of the match Ali Sfar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Habib Melliti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bodmin players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Elsdon.
