If Maher Mourali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frimley Green's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mohamed Mouaia Sellimi in the 8th minute. A well done corner resulted in Radhi Mechergui drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Bayton City's goalkeeper. Radhi Mechergui hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Maher Mourali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Hassene Namouchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khaled Sboui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Frimley Green's Adel Brahem in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee ignored Frimley Green's protests and gave Ali El Ouaer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Frimley Green's Ali El Ouaer got a free kick in the 35th minute. Hassene Namouchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khaled Sboui having to interfere. Maher Mourali's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aymen Jennet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Khaled Sboui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hassene Namouchi in the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hassene Namouchi was the one to do the kick off. Maher Mourali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maher Mourali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Aymen Jennet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aymen Jennet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kais Cherif in the 60th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Maher Mourali ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aymen Jennet was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 70 minutes Frimley Green's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Riadh Thabet who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Riadh Thabet almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Frimley Green's Aymen Jennet did a great save. Aymen Jennet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kais Cherif in the 72nd minute of play. In the 76th minute of the match Mohamed Mouaia Sellimi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khaled Sboui skillfully saved the ball. Hassene Namouchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Khaled Sboui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bayton City's zone, Hassene Namouchi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khaled Sboui came out of the goal and Hassene Namouchi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khaled Sboui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radhi Mechergui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Kais Cherif managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bayton City's supporters rose to their feet, but Kais Cherif was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aymen Jennet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
