Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Habib Ali Jegham made the kick off and thus started the match. Kais Cherif received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Mounir Jaziri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danbury United's Mounir Jaziri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kais Cherif in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Habib Ali Jegham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Danbury United's supporters rose to their feet, but Habib Ali Jegham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khaled Sboui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmed Jegham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khaled Sboui having to interfere. A well done corner resulted in Hamed Sanchou drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Danbury United's goalkeeper. When Danbury United's Habib Ali Jegham in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bayton City's goalie prevented a goal. If Maher Mourali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Habib Ali Jegham struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Khaled Sboui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Danbury United. If Ali Jendoubi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sami Bargawi charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sami Bargawi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bayton City getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Sami Bargawi hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Danbury United's Ali Jaziri got a free kick in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kais Cherif to strike the kick off in the second half. Mounir Jaziri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kais Cherif's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. When Maher Mourali fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bayton City's protests and gave Maher Mourali a yellow card for diving instead. Maher Mourali hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Jegham in the 58th minute of play forced Bayton City's goalkeeper Khaled Sboui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khaled Sboui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Habib Ali Jegham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bayton City's Sami Bargawi got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Sami Bargawi off the ground.
