Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fraj Jbara made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute Ali Meriah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Trabelsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Mohieddine Zaghouani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Fraj Jbara notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Withington's Haythem Khaled. Haythem Khaled was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Adel Namouchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Karim Lamouchi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Faversham's zone, Ahmed al-Amin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Trabelsi came out of the goal and Ahmed al-Amin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 32 played minutes Withington got a freekick which was hit by Ali Meriah. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fraj Jbara in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haythem Khaled saved Withington from getting behind. After 37 minutes, Zoubeir Jemâa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Faversham and the Withington players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Zoubeir Jemâa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohamed Zouari's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Trabelsi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Ahmed al-Amin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. David Trabelsi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pierre BenAmor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haythem Khaled having to interfere. After the first half Faversham were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Faversham's Kaies Bouazizi got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Pierre BenAmor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haythem Khaled having to interfere. Haythem Khaled showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fraj Jbara, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 66 played minutes Withington got a freekick which was hit by Amir Ishola. 72 minutes into the match, Pierre BenAmor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haythem Khaled. Withington's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pierre BenAmor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. If Adel Namouchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adel Namouchi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Trabelsi having to make a save. Ahmed al-Amin struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. David Trabelsi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Withington. Fraj Jbara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haythem Khaled made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre BenAmor in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Faversham eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
