But to his dismay, Jamel Robime quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Westerham FC's Mongi Gammoudi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sami al-Munsif Bey in the 13th minute of play. Riadh Boukorâa kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Muhammad Essediri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Mongi Gammoudi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehdi Hermassi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emir Haj Haggui, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Emir Haj Haggui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi Hermassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute of the match Houcine Kasraoui shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehdi Hermassi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Chokri Boumnijel kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jamel Robime got free with Mehdi Hermassi in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Muhammad Essediri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mongi Gammoudi having to interfere. Westerham FC's Mongi Gammoudi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sami al-Munsif Bey in the 33rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Sami al-Munsif Bey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hale City's supporters rose to their feet, but Sami al-Munsif Bey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mongi Gammoudi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mongi Gammoudi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sami al-Munsif Bey in the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emir Haj Haggui made a kick off. After having played for 73 minutes, Jamel Robime managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hale City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Westerham FC the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Hale City's zone, Emir Haj Haggui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehdi Hermassi came out of the goal and Emir Haj Haggui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hale City players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Westerham FC.
