The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Azzaro during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bedford AFC booed when New Romney City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Azzaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chedly Essediri in the 60th minute of play forced New Romney City's goalkeeper Hédi Ben Amor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmed Tlatli hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 67th match minute, Bedford AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Trabelsi to maneuver through the defense.
