When Ali Moatamri fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coulsdon United's protests and gave Ali Moatamri a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Blackburn booed when Coulsdon United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Moatamri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hichem M'hadhebi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brahim Salem in the 9th minute. Hamdi Sboui kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Coulsdon United's Ali Moatamri got his second yellow card of the match in the 24th minute. The referee ordered Ali Moatamri off the ground. Ali Moatamri hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Riadh Thabet sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Coulsdon United's Shuaibu Ben Yahia didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Blackburn's Ali Chiboub got a free kick in the 31st minute. Blackburn's Hichem M'hadhebi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Férid Ouakili in the 34th minute of play. Blackburn's Hichem M'hadhebi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Blackburn from getting a goal against them. 41 minutes into the game, Zoubeir Melliti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Shuaibu Ben Yahia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hichem M'hadhebi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brahim Salem in the 56th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Blackburn's Shuaibu Ben Yahia threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Raouf Merdassi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Blackburn's zone, Adel Fergani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hichem M'hadhebi came out of the goal and Adel Fergani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raouf Merdassi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shuaibu Ben Yahia having to make a save. Wissem Saidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Brahim Salem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Coulsdon United had won after a very even match.
