Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dartford's Fethi Belkhodja started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the game, Fethi Belkhodja recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hocine Fergani. Fethi Belkhodja showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Jamel Moatamri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Hocine Fergani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali El Naili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mohamed Meriah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute of the game, Mohamed Mouaia Saidi landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Houcine Laabidi during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Houcine Laabidi hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. A collision led to Dartford getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ahmed Ouakili hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Chelsea's Faouzi Slimane tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chelsea's goalkeeper Hocine Fergani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ali El Naili might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mohamed Meriah. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali El Naili ran back to his position shaking his head. Hamadi Jaziri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Meriah having to interfere. Mohamed Meriah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamadi Jaziri, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a rather tough play, Dartford's Aymen Saïdi got a free kick in the 39th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali El Naili was the one to do the kick off. When Anis Mechergui fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dartford's protests and gave Anis Mechergui a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd match minute, Dartford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anis Mechergui to maneuver through the defense. Faouzi Slimane blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mohamed Meriah having to make a save. Jamel Moatamri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57thth minute of the game Fethi Belkhodja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chelsea's Hocine Fergani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hamadi Jaziri during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A nice corner shot did that Anis Mechergui got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hocine Fergani quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mohamed Haj Kacem's late challenge caught a Dartford's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohamed Haj Kacem helped the player get up and apologised. 64 minutes into the match, Dartford's Jamel Moatamri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hocine Fergani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chelsea's Hocine Fergani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fethi Belkhodja in the 67th minute of play. Jamel Moatamri took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hocine Fergani. Hocine Fergani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Aymen Saïdi charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aymen Saïdi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Chelsea booed when Dartford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aymen Saïdi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chelsea's Ali El Naili got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Houcine Laabidi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hocine Fergani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes Chelsea got a freekick which was hit by Lofti Chatti. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fethi Belkhodja in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hocine Fergani saved Chelsea from getting behind. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chelsea's goalkeeper Hocine Fergani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jamel Moatamri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
