Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Abdessalem Khaled made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Shepton Mallet defense, Abdessalem Khaled kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Issam Ladgham. The Shepton Mallet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Issam Ladgham should have stopped the shot. When Wootton Bassett's Abdessalem Khaled in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Shepton Mallet's goalie prevented a goal. Issam Ladgham came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Wootton Bassett's Abdessalem Khaled. But to his dismay, Abdessalem Khaled quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 11th minute, Anouar Yahia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dhaker Jemmali's late challenge caught a Shepton Mallet's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dhaker Jemmali helped the player get up and apologised. Dhaker Jemmali kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes, Shepton Mallet's Tahar Ben Eyadema shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ali Melki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Shepton Mallet reached it. Hatem Nefzi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 21st minute. Shepton Mallet's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hatem Nefzi got free with Ali Melki in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 25 played minutes Wootton Bassett got a freekick which was hit by Khaled Ben Doulet. Issam Ladgham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jemeleddine Mzali, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Shepton Mallet's Issam Ladgham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdessalem Khaled in the 29th minute of play. After 31 minutes, Ahmed Kalaï mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Shepton Mallet and the Wootton Bassett players grew even worse after the yellow card. 34 minutes into the match, Shepton Mallet's goal looked a bit too open when Abdessalem Khaled came free, but Issam Ladgham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shepton Mallet's Issam Ladgham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jemeleddine Mzali in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Wootton Bassett's Abdelhamid Mouelhi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Issam Ladgham made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Ali Melki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anouar Yahia in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anouar Yahia was the one to do the kick off. After 58 minutes Wootton Bassett's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tahar Ben Eyadema who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hatem Nefzi in the 61st minute of play forced Wootton Bassett's goalkeeper Ali Melki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jemeleddine Mzali kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Anouar Yahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hatem Nefzi struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Ali Melki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shepton Mallet. In the 71st minute, Hatem Nefzi made a precise shot to the right of Ali Melki. Wootton Bassett's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 76 minutes into the game, Shepton Mallet's Anouar Yahia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Melki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Shepton Mallet's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Abdessalem Khaled scored to the left of an out of position Issam Ladgham, making the score, 2-4. A hard shot 91 in the game by Jemeleddine Mzali from a close distance when the talented Issam Ladgham managed to make a qualified save. Shepton Mallet's players were relieved. Wootton Bassett's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
