Karim Yahia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salah Belhaj Kalaï in the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Rashid Braiek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karim Yahia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Seascale booed when Hayes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hatem Ben Sebki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 played minutes Hayes FC got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Chiboub. After 12 played minutes Seascale got a freekick which was hit by Hassen Ouertani. When Sofiène El Bez fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hayes FC's protests and gave Sofiène El Bez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th match minute, Hayes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sofiène El Bez to maneuver through the defense. Walid Namouchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed M'Hedhbi in the 18th minute of play. Hayes FC's Karim Yahia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Hayes FC from getting a goal against them. 32 minutes into the match, Seascale's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmed M'Hedhbi came free, but Walid Namouchi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Ahmed M'Hedhbi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hayes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a rather tough play, Seascale's Ben Hleli got a free kick in the 37th minute. Mohamed Chiboub kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Hatem El Bez in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karim Yahia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Ben Hleli fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seascale's protests and gave Ben Hleli a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes, Hayes FC's Haythem Idir shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Walid Namouchi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hayes FC reached it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmed M'Hedhbi made a kick off. When Ahmed M'Hedhbi came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Hayes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmed M'Hedhbi couldn't finish the play. Walid Namouchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hatem Ben Sebki in the 56th minute of the match. Chaouki Ben Bourguiba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walid Namouchi having to interfere. Karim Yahia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rashid Braiek, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Karim Yahia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hatem El Bez's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rashid Braiek in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karim Yahia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Walid Namouchi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed M'Hedhbi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walid Namouchi made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Chaouki Ben Bourguiba sent off a good shot on target. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hayes FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Seascale.
