In the 4th minute, Moez Bouazizi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moez Bouazizi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hédi Hadrioui having to interfere. The supporters of Haworth booed when Coombe City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adel Lamouchi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moez Bouazizi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hédi Hadrioui having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Haworth's goal looked a bit too open when Zoubair Haddad came free, but Patrick Karray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdelkarim Ladgham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Karray having to interfere. Moez Bouazizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Coombe City's Bechir Ben Yahia got a free kick in the 24th minute. Patrick Karray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoubair Haddad, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zoubair Haddad got free with Patrick Karray in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zoubair Haddad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Patrick Karray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Haworth's zone, Zoubair Haddad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Karray came out of the goal and Zoubair Haddad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdelkarim Ladgham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Patrick Karray made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Coombe City's Patrick Karray threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zoubair Haddad, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 43rd minute, Moez Bouazizi made a precise shot to the right of Hédi Hadrioui . Coombe City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Tarek Makni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hédi Hadrioui having to interfere. After the first half Haworth were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zoubair Haddad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoubair Haddad in the 57th minute of play forced Haworth's goalkeeper Patrick Karray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zoubair Haddad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Patrick Karray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70thth minute of the game Abdelkarim Ladgham who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Haworth's Patrick Karray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute, Zoubair Haddad made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Karray. Haworth's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Abdelkarim Ladgham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Karray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoubair Haddad, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. It was beautiful to see Coombe City's Mohamed Ali Benslimane in action when he in the 94th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Zoubair Haddad might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrick Karray. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoubair Haddad ran back to his position shaking his head. If Moez Bouazizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haworth's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
