The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kamel Jouili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Jelassi in the 27th minute of play. Abderrahim Kasraoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Kamel Jouili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hamza Chiboub hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Callington's goalkeeper Kamel Jouili, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Muhammad Chikhaoui notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Great Yarmouth United's Mehdi Chiki . Mehdi Chiki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Limam in the 40th minute of play forced Great Yarmouth United's goalkeeper Mehdi Chiki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mohamed Limam to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Abderrahim Kasraoui managed to get in a good position for a shot. Great Yarmouth United's supporters rose to their feet, but Abderrahim Kasraoui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kamel Jouili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Muhammad Chikhaoui in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehdi Chiki saved Great Yarmouth United from getting behind. In the 57th minute Muhammad Chikhaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi Chiki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abderrahim Kasraoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamel Jouili having to interfere. Mohamed Limam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Chiki having to interfere. The Callington fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Callington's Mohamed Limam looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Limam during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Callington getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Mohamed Limam hit a great ball. Kamel Jouili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abderrahim Kasraoui in the 80th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Callington's Sabri Ali Bourguiba got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 84th minute Mohamed Limam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi Chiki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Callington's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
