Aymen Soussia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slim Dhafer, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 9th minute of the match, Slim Dhafer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aymen Soussia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Slim Dhafer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aymen Soussia having to interfere. Slim Dhafer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Aymen Soussia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aymen Soussia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Miaâdi in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Droylsden getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Férid Ben BenAmor hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Lotfi Slim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Droylsden's supporters rose to their feet, but Lotfi Slim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmed M'Hedhbi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Miaâdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Willenhall's goal looked a bit too open when Lotfi Slim came free, but Ahmed M'Hedhbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aymen Soussia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slim Dhafer in the 40th minute of play. After 48 minutes, Férid Ben BenAmor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Droylsden and the Willenhall players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Droylsden getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Férid Ben BenAmor hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 62nd minute Lotfi Slim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmed M'Hedhbi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aymen Soussia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Willenhall. Abdelwahab Ghannem's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmed M'Hedhbi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Aymen Soussia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Miaâdi in the 72nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdelwahab Ghannem got free with Ahmed M'Hedhbi in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abdelwahab Ghannem succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 76th playminute. After 86 played minutes Droylsden got a freekick which was hit by Bahi Badra . Slim Dhafer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Aymen Soussia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slim Dhafer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aymen Soussia having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarek Akid in the 98th minute of play forced Droylsden's goalkeeper Aymen Soussia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Willenhall supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Droylsden's performance. The match ended with a win for Droylsden.
