With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fatah Bourguiba in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aymen Soussia saved Droylsden from getting behind. When Mohamed ibn Ali came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Jersey Saint Helier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed ibn Ali couldn't finish the play. After 35 minutes, Ahmed Bachraoui mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Droylsden and the Jersey Saint Helier players grew even worse after the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lotfi Slim to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mohamed ibn Ali got free with Aymen Soussia in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute Abdelwahab Ghannem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aymen Ayed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mohamed ibn Ali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aymen Ayed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lotfi Slim in the 91st minute of the match. Aymen Soussia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mohamed ibn Ali went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Jersey Saint Helier's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
